The Guides Choice Chest Holsters are hand molded to fit most revolvers and semi-automatic hand guns WITHOUT LASERS OR SCOPES. It is an ideal companion for anyone traveling the outdoors on foot, horseback, 4 wheeler, airplane, or snow mobile. If worn properly, your gun will stay in the chest holster when you are moving around and be easily retrievable when the time comes to use it.
On revolver style guns there is a tension screw to control draw friction and a hammer thong as a safety backup form of retention when not in bear country. On semi-auto's there is a retention strap that helps hold the gun in the holster. Of course both types of guns are hand molded to fit the specific model of gun which is our first and best form of retention. ON FREEDOM ARMS HOLSTERS WE NEED TO SUADE LINE THE INSIDE IN ORDER TO NOT HAVE THE SHARP SIGHT TEAR THE INSIDE LINING.
The removable flap option is available on all models of gun however on the semi-autos you will not have a retention strap also, one or the other. On revolvers the hammer thong comes with or without the removable flap.
WE DO NOT MAKE OUR HOLSTERS TO FIT ANY GUNS WITH LASERS OR SCOPES.
